Senior Research Associate

Noor leads research, advisory and report-writing at Zero-Point Partners. She has supported diverse industry clients on developing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories, setting net-zero targets, decarbonization planning, impact assessment, ESG reporting, and gender mainstreaming.

Noor has developed ESG training modules for Board members, Senior Executives and operations staff to build capacity on technical ESG concepts including carbon credits, climate risk assessment and ESG reporting and disclosure frameworks. She designed and conducted Pakistan’s first Climate Risk Awareness Survey to gauge the private sector’s level of preparedness to manage climate risk. She was responsible for survey design, dissemination, and analysis of results and developed a climate resilience toolkit for Pakistan’s private sector. She also developed a Gender Action Plan for a commercial bank to mainstream Gender considerations across its operations aligned with the Green Climate Fund’s (GCF) Gender Policy.

She has co-authored articles on the role of Islamic Finance for Climate Adaptation and is contributing to a book chapter on climate finance in Pakistan.

Noor has a BSc.(Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
